What type of therapy do you use?

I use psychodynamic therapy, which focuses on understanding how unconscious processes from past experiences shape our present-day feelings and behaviours. It’s a collaborative way of uncovering what’s really going on underneath the surface.

How many sessions will I need?

There’s no one-size-fits-all. While some people begin to see change after a few months, lasting transformation typically takes time — and deeper work. Research suggests that meaningful change often happens around the six-month mark.

Can I see you in person?

Yes! I offer in-person sessions in Croydon from May 2022 onwards, and online sessions are available for those outside the area or who prefer remote work.

Can you work with me online?

Absolutely! I’ve been working online since 2018, and I offer Zoom therapy to clients, no matter where you’re based.

How much does therapy cost?

My session fee is £65 per session, billed monthly after the initial period.
